Product introduction
The spray waste gas treatment tower is divided into single tower and Twin Towers body. The circular tower body is connected by flange segments. The utility model is composed of a liquid storage tank, a tower body, an air inlet section, a spray layer, a filling layer, a cyclone mist removing layer, an air outlet cone cap and an observation hole.
Operation mode
Continuous gas purification tower by air duct, exhaust gas passes through the filler layer, and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid two-phase full contact absorption neutralization reaction, exhaust gas after purification, followed by dehydration defogging plate fog by the fan into the atmosphere. The absorption liquid is sprayed at the bottom of the tower after being pressurized by the water pump, and finally returns to the bottom of the tower for recycling. The exhaust gas after purification meets the emission standard requirements and is lower than the national emission standards.
Technological process
The exhaust gas can be removed from the air pipe, the waste gas treatment tower, the fan, the chimney and the standard discharge.
